do you sell wholesale?

CasaLatina sells wholesale to the hospitality industry and retailers worldwide.

We also operate a trade programme for architects and interior designers.

How do I open a trade account?

You can open a trade account online, to join our trade programme, please fill in this form.

Should you prefer you can also contact us directly at trade@casalatina.co.uk and we can assist you.

how do i place an order?

For your convenience, we operate a self service website, where you will have access to our exclusive trade pricing, place orders, view your purchase history and download invoices.

Custom orders are not available through the website.

Where do I find the wholesale and trade Prices?

The most up to date trade and wholesale prices are available from the website. These are displayed in Euros. The prices are based on shipping from our European/UK warehouses.

All of our products are hand made by artisans in Venezuela and Colombia, we operate a fair trade policy and as such are unable to offer volume discounts.

Published prices exclude VAT, Customs and Shipping costs.

Do you have a minimum order?

For wholesale orders, we have a minimum order value of €600 for your first order. There is no minimum order value on subsequent orders.

For trade orders, we have a minimum order value of €400 for your first order. There is no minimum order value on subsequent orders.

Some items have minimum order quantities, specific details will be found on the website on the product pages.

Can i customise your products?

To enable to offer your customers a unique range, CasaLatina offers a number of customisation options for our ranges, including:

Custom products are not available to order via de website and might be subject to minimum orders.

Lead times for custom orders vary, as a sample for approval will be produced before production.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Should you wish to make any changes to your order this is posible up until the order enters production. Any order cancelled after production has commenced will forfeit the 50% deposit paid.

What are the payment terms?

Payment for all orders are made upfront.

All of our products are hand made by artisans in Colombia and Venezuela, some of these communities are extremely poor and require upfront payment. We therefore regret that orders will not enter production until the invoice has been paid.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship and deliver to our trade partners worldwide.

Where do you ship from?

We have warehouses in Spain, the UK and Colombia.

  • Orders to European clients are shipped from Spain
  • Orders to the UK and EMEA are shipped from the UK
  • Orders to the US and the rest of the world are shipped directly from Colombia.

HOw do you ship?

Deeply rooted in our ethos is our commitment to sustainability, we are cognisant of the impact that shipping has on the planet. We therefore have taken the decision to ship all of our products from Latin America by sea, and currently ship a container load on a quarterly basis. Details on the next shipping window are updated on this website.

Should you require a product, that is out of out of stock, outside the standard shipping window separate shipping directly from Colombia can be arranged at an additional cost.

What are your lead times?

Items in stock in our European and UK warehouses are shipped within 14 days of final invoice payment.

Products that are currently not in stock have a typical lead time of 16 weeks.

We ship a container from Colombia on a quarterly basis, deadlines for special or large orders to be shipped in the next container are updated on the website. Should you have an urgent request please do not hesitate in contacting us on trade@casalatina.co.uk and we will try to accommodate your needs.

What if I received damaged items?

All of our products are carefully inspected before shipment. Some of our products are delicate, and despite our best efforts to develop protective primary and secondary packaging, there might cases where you receive a product that has been damaged en route.

If that is the case, we will replace the damaged products ASAP at no additional to you.

To report damages please email at: trade@casalatina.co.uk us within 72 hours of receipt with pictures of the damaged products and we will process your replacement.
